You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to disrupt the service, copy our systems, or use Apointa.ai for illegal, abusive, misleading, or harmful activities.

Account and Business Information

To use certain features, you may need to create an account or provide business information. You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and secure.

Apointa.ai is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect business information, wrong availability, inaccurate services, outdated schedules, or customer information entered incorrectly by you or your team.

Bookings, Calls, and Customer Communication

Apointa.ai may help answer calls, collect customer information, create bookings, manage reservations, and organize leads. However, you remain responsible for reviewing your bookings, confirming important details, and managing your customer relationships.

Apointa.ai does not guarantee that every call, booking, lead, or customer interaction will result in a sale, reservation, appointment, or completed service.

Phone Numbers and Call Handling

Apointa.ai may provide a dedicated business phone number or help configure call handling features. When needed, calls may be redirected to your original business number.

You are responsible for making sure your use of phone numbers, call forwarding, customer communications, and recorded or automated interactions complies with applicable laws in your area.

Payments and Refunds

Some Apointa.ai features may be free, while others may require payment, subscription, setup fees, commissions, or other charges.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, payments are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for completed setup work, used services, active subscriptions, phone number usage, custom configurations, or digital services already provided.

If a refund exception is approved, it will be handled at our sole discretion.

Free Features and Changes

Apointa.ai may offer certain features for free, including public booking pages, walk-in calendars, or other tools during early access, beta periods, promotional periods, or testing phases.

Free features may be changed, limited, paused, or removed at any time. We may also introduce pricing for features that were previously free.

If you join the Apointa.ai Partner Program, you may be able to promote or sell Apointa.ai services to local businesses. Commission terms, eligibility, payment timing, and partner responsibilities may be provided separately.

Apointa.ai reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or remove partners at any time if there is misuse, false advertising, unethical sales behavior, or violation of our policies.

We are not responsible for failures, interruptions, pricing changes, or policy changes caused by third-party providers.
